Rural Credit Cooperatives (RCC) is the vital component of domestic financial system, whose role of the development of rural economic and financial developments is irreplaceable. RCC not only can effectively solve rural issues, but also realize the coordinated development of urban and rural China. Nowadays, the country is deepening structural reform and vigorously promoting the construction of new countryside to adapt to the overall development of society and economy, but domestic rural finance and economic development funds are mainly from RCC, which is an important guarantee for New Rural Construction, so its role and status became increasingly serious. And in consequence how to promote rural financial system reform, the transformation of profit model of RCC and the construction of new rural domestic, and solve the problem of capital supply in rural economic development, is the hotspot of domestic rural finance with great significance.As the important force of rural economic and financial development in Hengyang County, RCC had constantly transformed the profit model these years to make a significant contribution to economic development in Hengyang county. Based on development practice of RCC in Hengyang County, in the first place, the study expounded the theory of the profit model as well as rural finance research at home and abroad, and then analyzed the profit model of Hengyang county RCC. Secondly, to carefully analyze the actual development situation in Hengyang County RCC. In the second place, we found out the shortcomings of the development of Hengyang County RCC and dissected the causes of the shortcomings. Finally, we proposed countermeasures with advanced development model and experience of rural finance at home and abroad to promoting the transformation of profit model of RCC in Hengyang County for promoting the economic development of rural finance in Hengyang County.
