Since the reform and opening up 40 years ago,China's economic and social outlook has undergone tremendous changes.At present,China's economy has entered a period of high-quality development and entered a new era.With the structural reform of the supply side and the continuous deepening of the reform of the financial sector,the role of rural credit cooperatives in serving the “three rural issues” and supporting local economic development is becoming more and more irreplaceable.Under the new situation,due to the shortcomings of the inherent system of the rural credit cooperatives,transformation reform and unreasonable human resource management system,the turnover rate of employees has risen year by year,which has become the most difficult problem and the urgent problem that the rural credit cooperatives are facing,and will even evolve.It has become an important issue that affects the survival and development of rural credit cooperatives and even the national economy and people's livelihood.Therefore,how the rural credit cooperatives should meet the challenges brought about by the new situation,respond to the current situation of employee turnover,solve the problem of employee turnover,and build a good workforce have become common problems faced by rural credit cooperatives today.This paper takes the rural credit cooperatives in Turpan,Xinjiang as the object,and studies the practical problem of employee turnover.Under the premise of effective combing the problem background and current theoretical research,through surveys and interviews,the paper summarizes and analyzes the situation of the rural credit cooperatives in Turpan,the status of employee turnover,and the impact of employee turnover.As a result,the reasons are explained from the external environment,internal and individual employees,and the countermeasures are proposed for the problem: one is to promote the reform in an orderly manner and enhance the development momentum;the second is to improve the performance appraisal system and establish an effective incentive and restraint mechanism;It is to strengthen the career planning management of employees and improve the promotion channel;the fourth is to improve internal training and improve the level of organizational training;the fifth is to strengthen the construction of corporate culture and improve the sense of belonging of employees of the whole society.The research conclusion of the thesis is that the rural credit cooperatives in Turpan should accelerate the promotion of internal institutional reforms as the top priority,and enhance their sustainable development ability is the fundamental strategy to solve the problem of employee turnover;secondly,optimize the human resources development strategy.When introducing excellent talents from the outside,we need to pay more attention to the cultivation and stability of our internal talents.The third is to adhere to the people-oriented principle and effectively combine the personal development of employees with internal management.Finally,through this research,we hope to promote the rural credit cooperatives in Turpan to further improve their human resources management system,further avoid employee turnover,achieve the goal of stabilizing people's hearts and improving morale,and finally establish a stable and competitive workforce.Cultivate human resources advantages and competitiveness in the fierce market competition.
