| With the rapid development of our country’s economy,a large number of urban infrastructure construction have sprung up to thrive,especially traffic engineering involves the livelihood of the people.Due to the increasing demand for urban infrastructure construction and contradiction of shortage of funds,the government had to find some new financing mode,and the BOT is in such a background.In recent years,BOT project has experienced buds to grow to now fading,this way of financing must have its advantages and its short board,due to the lack of experience,the operation is not standard and the investment environment of the water makes the implementation of BOT projects in our country,not widely available,however,the applicability of the how to improve the financing model,how to good use of the financing mode for our country’s urban infrastructure construction especially highway construction to the service,still has the research value.This article first to the BOT project financing concept and operation mode are introduced,and put forward the key factors in the BOT contract targeted-concession period as the research object.Then the paper introduces the research methods,game theory of Nash equilibrium and pareto related theoretical system.U BOT project in the third chapter of this article,the present situation in the franchising period in China and puts forward the problems existing in the key,and then on the basis of the theory of pareto game analysis of BOT project and pareto improvement,and puts forward a method to determine the optimal concession period and adjust the trigger mechanism of concession period and the way of calculation,at last,through the calculation of your road in guangxi highway project case,it has made the evaluation and analysis of the project,the applicability and rationality of the model was verified. |
