Under the background of an increasingly competitive and market globalization expanding,innovation has become the key factors in order to keep competitiveness in all organization.In this context,the team gradually replaces the traditional hierarchy organization,and is adopted by increasingly organizations,and the knowledge-based team is the main contribution team of the organizational performance.The study on the influence factors of team innovation performance become the focus of scholars,the purpose is to find an effective way to improve the team innovation performance.Team social capital and tacit knowledge transfer between the team members are the key factors that influence the team innovation performance,but the research on the two variables how to influence team innovation is not much.So this article set out to study the interaction between the two variables,and to explore the mechanism of team innovation performance.From these points,this research has certain research value and research significance.This paper first to teases the related research on the knowledge-based team,team innovation performance,team social capital and tacit knowledge transfer,then analyzes the relationship between them.Based on this,construct the theoretical model and put forward the hypothesis of this study.Under the research framework,design scale,send questionnaire,and use statistical software SPSS and Lisrel to analyze the collected data.This research mainly drew the following conclusions:(1)Different individual characteristics(age,education)and team characteristics(the team set up time,team size)significantly affect the knowledge-based team social capital,tacit knowledge transfer and team innovation performance.(2)The knowledge-based team social capital and each dimension of it have a significant impact on team innovation performance.(3)In addition to the impact of cognitive social capital to tacit knowledge sharing intention and tacit knowledge transfer channels is not significant,each dimension of the knowledge-based team social capital have significant positive impact on each dimension of tacit knowledge transfer.(4)The knowledge-based team tacit knowledge transfer and each dimension of it have significant positive impact on team innovation performance.(5)Tacit knowledge transfer between team social capital and team innovation performance as a partial intermediary.In addition to tacit knowledge sharing intention and tacit knowledge transfer channels to cognitive social capital and team innovation performance intermediary role has not been confirmed,tacit knowledge absorptive capacity,tacit knowledge sharing intention and tacit knowledge transfer channels among each dimension of team social capital and team innovation performance as a partial intermediary.This paper basis on the tacit knowledge transfer as intermediary variables,analysis the relationship between the knowledge-based team social capital and tacit knowledge transfer,rich the study of this three concepts.After the theoretical research and the empirical study,this paper put forward some proper recommendations to help improve the knowledge-based innovation performance from the perspective of increasing team social capital and improving the ability of tacit knowledge transfer of the knowledge-based team members,such as cultivate common cognition,build trust team culture and value the interaction among team members,and enhance tacit knowledge absorptive capacity,stimulate the tacit knowledge sharing intention and optimize the tacit knowledge transfer channels.At last,I hope these opinions provide certain reference for the knowledge-based team management practice in our country.
