The increasing intensification of market competition and the complex and changeable external environment of enterprises make the team play a key role in the process of achieving development goals and maintaining advantages.And the popularization of education has made knowledge workers the fastest growing labor force in the organization.The knowledge team is not a simple team that composed of knowledge workers in different fields.The team task is highly complex and fuzzy and requires close interaction between team members.However,scholars at home and abroad do not have much research on the knowledge team,and the existing literature is mainly about the research of knowledge team performance.As a key indicator reflecting the development of enterprises,team performance has been influenced by many factors.The key factor in this paper is the process of behavioral integration and tacit knowledge sharing after analysis and understanding of relevant literature.Based on this,this paper puts the three into a study and probes into their relationship because how to improve team performance is of great theoretical and practical significance for enterprises.This paper takes the knowledge team as the research object,and first assumes that there is a positive correlation between behavioral integration and its dimensions and team performance.Under the premise,the selection of behavior integration as the independent variable,the team performance as the dependent variable,the introduction of tacit knowledge sharing as intermediary variables,for investigating and verifying the tacit knowledge sharing in the role of behavior relationship between integration and team performance.In this paper,on the basis of summarizing relevant literatures at home and abroad,combining a research model and questionnaire survey method,284 call center employees as samples,the data were analyzed by SPSS.The empirical results show that behavioral integration and its sub-dimension have a significant positive relationship with team performance.In addition,tacit knowledge sharing and its dimensions play a part in the effect of behavioral integration on team performance.Specifically,the improvement of knowledge team behavior is realized through tacit knowledge sharing process.More clearly,the factors that influence the promotion of tacit knowledge sharing are discussed,which makes up for the lack of research on team performance in promoting team performance.According to the results of the empirical analysis,this study considers that the integration of knowledge group behavior is an important factor influencing team performance.In the process of team management,the process of team behavior integration should be strengthened and the effective communication and coordination mechanism should be established.And tacit knowledge sharing in the process of ascension team performance play an intermediary role,so the enterprises should strengthen the construction of tacit knowledge sharing mechanism,fully integrated and tacit knowledge of the whole staff,improve the team performance,the enhancement enterprise's core competitiveness.In the practical sense,how to build an excellent knowledge team,strengthen team management,and provide a new perspective for improving team performance.
