Research On The Impact Of Basic Psychological Needs On Job Involvement

Automobile manufacturing industry as the representative industry about national science and technology level andcomprehensive strength,it has been seen as an important pillar industries of the national economy.automobile manufacturing industry plays an important role in China's national economy,it is leading industry support byChina's government.With the improvement of the people's consumption level,the foreign auto manufacturers enter the Chinese automobile market.The competition ofautomobile manufacturing industry is becoming more and more fierce.How to occupy the leading position in the fierce competition is the high concern of the automobile manufacturing industry manager.Human resources management plays an important rolein the automobile manufacturing industry competition,and the jobinvolvement is the core of human resource management.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the jobinvolvement of employees in automobile manufacturing industry.Based on the above background,this paper takes the automobile manufacturing industry employees as study subjects,discusses the relationship among the three variables of the basic psychologyneeds,jobsatisfaction,jobinvolvement,and the intermediary role of job satisfaction between basic psychological needsand jobinvolvement,In this paper,the questionnaire data was collected by online questionnaire and field questionnaire,and the data was analyzed by SPSS20.0 statistical software,descriptive statistical analysis of samples,variance analysis of employee attributes.Regression analysis and the intermediary role ofjob satisfaction analysis,Finally,some management suggestions are put forward,and point out the limitations of this paper and the future prospects.
