In recent years,state commercial department has issued a series of policy to support the development of electronic commerce,Traditional enterprises have transformed into the times of “internet +”.The internet giant like “BAT” and other electric commercial enterprises are trying to twist the style of people by the individual service.Enterprise manager only face to face with human nature,with the perspective of respecting human to serve people,the business can live for a long time.It is a right way to find the original dire and satisfy the original dire to induce the active work behavior of employees.Demand theory name the original dire to basic psychological needs and try to find the mechanism of how the basic psychological needs influenced the active work behavior.The basic psychological needs explain how the environment influence the behavior and performances of employees and performances,it tells enterprise manager how to drive employee's active behavior.Although the basic psychological needs have been widely used to guide enterprise manager how to inspire employee in West,there are still some scholars to query the universality of the basic psychological needs.At the same time,there are few researches related about the basic psychological needs in China,the researches in China only use the questionnaire in West to measure the people in China,it maybe ignore the different of politics?culture and economy.To solve the problem,the study decide to research the mode of the basic psychological needs in China and develop the questionnaire in China.In the study,it includes six parts:The first part: Introduction.The part introduce the research background,the research question,the research purpose,the research significance and the research method;The second part: Literature review.The part introduce the concept of BPN,work-related BPN and the query of some scholars;The third part: The project design of the grounded theory.The part introduce the concept and step of the grounded theory and design the route map of grounded theory;The forth part: The implementation step of the grounded theory.The part introduce the step of the grounded theory,include collecting sample data and coding data,finally get the mode of work-related BPN in China;The fifth part: The quantitative research of the work-related BPN.The part introduce the step of the quantitative research;The sixth part:The research conclusion and prospect.The part introduce the result of the research and explain the reason,at the same time,it introduce the contribute to insufficient;In this study,it finds that work-related basic psychological need in China includes the need of relatedness,the need of autonomy and the need of occupation.
