Study On The Construction Of "Wisdom Land" In The Management Of Land Resources

The 21st century is the era of information,nowadays information technology is developing rapidly and it has already got deeply to all aspects of human life.In land resources management,the application of information technology of land resources presents three characteristics of integration,visual,rapid response.China's current process of land management information has made significant progress,and it has already played an important role in the effective integration of limited land resources protection,prompting protecting the cultivated land and promoting urbanization construction.However,the informatization of land resource management only realized " digital land" construction,it still exists many problems such as imperfect administrative department,poor skills of the worker,the incompatible information database and the limited extent of application.Therefore,land resources management must shift from "digital land" to "wisdom land".With the wisdom land as the research object,the paper conducts research centering on why and how to construct wisdom land,how the wisdom land is running.The paper put forward the system building and operation pattern of wisdom land.The structure of the thesis is as the follows:The first chapter is introduction,this chapter illustrates the selected topic background and research significance and it summarizes the domestic and foreign research achievements about wisdom land,and then it put forward the research content,the basic framework,and innovation and deficiency.The second chapter contains related connotation and theoretical basis;this chapter analyzes the relevant definition of the concept and theoretical basis.On the basis of previous studies,this chapter tries to prepare related connotation and theoretical basis for the discussion of wisdom land.The third chapter analyzes the present situation and necessity,this chapter studies the Construction situation of wisdom land and the specific social needs,and it clearly puts forward the construction of wisdom land is an inevitable request for the development of information-based society,reduced consumption of land resources and the transformation of government functions.The fourth chapter takes Tai'an as an example,this chapter carries on the close investigation for its informatization construction achievements,basic engineering construction and platform construction of its wisdom land.By analyzing the achievements and successful experiences of the construction of wisdom land,this chapter tries to find out the existing problems and the cause of those problems.The fifth chapter presents the system construction of the wisdom land.This chapter discusses the system framework of wisdom land roughly and puts forward the idea of improving the construction system of wisdom land from management technology,and then points out the problems in Tai'ans construction and offers some suggestions.The sixth chapter establishes a game model.Firstly,this chapter analyzes operation mode of wisdom land,and then use this game model to analyze the interests of all parties.This chapter tries to study how to fully mobilize all the resources to ensure the long-term sustainable development.The last chapter is conclusion.The results of the study indicate that "digital land" is the foundation of "wisdom land",it studies the technology support by combining the internet of things and cloud computing technology;The construction of framework combined the national land and resources with the internet of things,passing to the data center of land and resources with the help of network and signal,and managing GIS resource pool intelligently and providing convenient services by monitoring platform and sharing service platform.Its prospects rely on the close collaboration with all parties.The construction of wisdom land is the actual requirement to realize the refinement and efficiency in land resources management,the discussion of the construction path is the realistic task of land resources management science research.The selected construction mode of wisdom land by using game model has practical significance to improve the level of land resources management.And it will play a role of policy reference in developing construction measures.
