However, the time to carry out Rural Land Trust is not long,Land Trust is uncompleted used as a mode of land transferring. Based on this, the article research from the land reform after the changes of China's land system, explore the many inadequacies exist in the land transfer system in the process of land system change in the evolution of history and the current land transfer mode. As a starting point, to fully draw on the practical experience of Zhejiang Shaoxing County Rural Land Trust, the depth of analysis of the implementation of the Land Trust's operational processes and the problems from the analysis of the establishment of the Land Trust Deed and the relevant institutions of the land trust formed build out of the land trust framework, including a complete mode of operation and processes in the different circumstances of China's geographical conditions, different regions to choose a different form of Trust, the establishment of the Trust Deed of Trust by the intermediary service agencies, registration authorities and other agencies operation to form a complete set of land Trust and the operational structure.
