After nearly 30 years of development,high-tech industry has been occupies an important place in the national economy in our country.Knowledge of high and new technology industrial development and technological progress is the important driving force of economic growth in our country,to guide our country’s economy by"investment-driven" to "technology-driven" plays an important role.New growth theory points out that the accumulation of human capital investment and development is the main influence factors of technical progress and output growth,especially for the new and high technology industries.Due to the high and new technology industry production and research and development activities with externality,this paper in the process of study,need to consider the effect of space factors on the study.Based on the summary analysis on the basis of existing research,and introduces relevant theoretical knowledge,according to the China statistics yearbook on high technology industry(and China statistical yearbook data,such as spatial panel model,high and new technology industrial output in China,this paper analyzes the factors which influence,which focuses on knowledge spillover and the accumulation of high and new technology industry development impact.First of all,high-tech industrial output for the space correlation test,prove the existence of the spatial correlation.Second,the introduction of accumulated research and development,knowledge spillover and human capital investment,build a spatial lag model and spatial error model and space doberman model,by comparison with the fit of the regression coefficient and related inspection,judgment and choose the optimal model.This paper finally chose a space space doberman model of fixed effects.Research shows that:the output of high-tech industries in our country there exists significant spatial correlation,has a positive promoting effect on the space;Accumulation of research and development of high and new technology industrial output is greater than the influence of labor and physical capital influence on high-tech industrial output,at the same time,the accumulation of research and development has significant spatial spillover effect,means a provincial high-tech industrial output is not only affected by the accumulation of their own research and development of the province domain,also is affected by the nearby provincial development accumulation;On knowledge spillover effects on high and new technology industrial output,the output of regional high and new technology industry in China is affected by professional externalities externality and local competition,significant MAR overflow,overflow and the Porter,however,the diversification of high technology industry has no marked impact on high technology industry output.The possible innovation of this article embodied in:on the selected variables,the r&d knowledge accumulation and overflow index are introduced to study the influence on high technology industry output;In the process of building a model,considering the spatial correlation of high-tech industrial output,respectively,to build spatial lag model and spatial error model and spatial doberman model,by comparison with the fit of the regression coefficient and related inspection,finally choose the most appropriate model of the space.
