| As China’s economy shifts from high growth to high quality development, the phenomenon of industrial agglomeration becomes more and more significant.Industrial agglomeration not only saves production costs, but also reduces the publicity cost and transaction cost of commodities, forms industrial parks, improves the visibility of commodities and saves transaction costs.High-tech industrial agglomeration is a special form of economic organization in which participating enterprises can play economies of scale through division of labor, cooperation, competition and communication, and can produce powerful spatial spillover effects. Therefore,it is especially important to study the influence of industrial agglomeration on the spatial spillover effect of regional innovation in the new stage of social development.Firstly, the concepts of high-tech industry, industrial agglomeration, regional innovation and regional innovation output are defined, the theories of high-tech industrial agglomeration and regional innovation are discussed in detail, and the model of spatial spillover effect is introduced.Secondly, the measurement and analysis of the current development status and agglomeration of high-tech industries in China;Select and empower indicators for regional innovation output, and conduct a comprehensive analysis of the current status of regional innovation output level; We conducted absolute and relative difference measurement analysis on regional innovation output.Again, based on the panel data of 30 regions from 1998 to 2020,the spatial effects of variables affecting innovation performance are decomposed using spatial measurement tools on the basis of full consideration of the spatial correlation of each variable, and the spatial effects of high-tech industry agglomeration on regional innovation are quantified. The results show that there is an obvious positive spatial correlation between high-tech industry agglomeration and regional innovation, and each innovation factor and the development level of each region have a certain stimulating effect on regional innovation.Next, the spatial decomposition effect was carried out to study the spatial spillover effect of each variable on regional innovation. Finally, combined with the analysis of the empirical results, the spillover effects of industrial agglomeration, economic growth and openness level on regional innovation are greater than the direct effects, while the direct effects of industrial scale and education level on regional innovation are greater than the indirect effects, further suggesting corresponding countermeasures. |
