Research Of A Human Resources Management Mode Of HN Power Plant Based On Its Enterprise Culture

Enterprise culture and human resource management is a pair of wings,both of which are important issues of business management,and play an important role in the promotion of enterprise management and development.However,the current development of enterprise culture construction and human resources management are facing more and more problems and challenges.How to make the enterprise culture take root and how to increase the effectiveness of human resources management are the issues the business community needs to address urgently.HN power plant,a State power enterprise ranking first in electricity production Fujian in province,has a unique enterprise culture system and a comparatively complete set of human resources management system.However its enterprise culture and human resources management are in a state of relative independence,lacking mutual integration and orientation,which results in less significant management effect.Therefore this paper intends to explore a human resources management mode of HN power plant based on its enterprise culture,aimed at providing some reference for the research of enterprise culture and human resources management of HN power plant.This paper focuses on the following elements:Firstly,the theoretical research.Based on theoretical connotation and extension of enterprise culture and human resource management,systematically analyses the relationship between them,which are closely related and influence each other with a virtuous circle.Secondly,By means of questionnaires and interviews,analyses the current situation and problems of the enterprise culture and human resource management of HN power plant.There were some deficiencies in carrying out the "people-oriented" thinking completely and thoroughly in the aspects of human resource selection,cultivation,employment and maintenance.Thirdly,construction of the mode of human resource management based on the enterprise culture.The paper makes a comprehensive analysis of the construction,contents and features of the mode.Lastly,discusses the effective ways in which HN power plant can achieve in human resource management and operation guarantee based on its enterprise culture.First,strengthen the core position of "three color culture" in HN power plant to optimize enterprise culture with innovation;second,analyze environment of HN power plant both inside and outside with SWOT method to develop a human resources management strategy;thirdly,propose specific ways of implementation in selection,cultivation,employment and maintenance of human resources;lastly,propose the following operation guarantees of the human resources management mode.In the first place,establish sound human resources basic data oriented with the enterprise culture;in the second place,develop the talent evaluation tool with the enterprise culture;in the third place,establish the employee competency model based on HN power plant enterprise culture;in the fourth place,implement a full target management combining KPI assessment with 360-degree performance assessment;in the fifth place,establish a overall self-service pay system;in the last place,implement "carrot and stick"human resources management strategy with innovative management concept.The paper establishes the mode of human resource management based on its enterprise culture combining the enterprise culture construction and human resources management,and conducts a case study to verify the validity of the model.Through this discussion,the paper attempts to make some beneficial exploration on the theoretical development of the domestic enterprise culture and human resource management application;and tries to provide some references.to build the human resource management mode matching their corporate culture to achieve a harmonious development of enterprises.
