Human resource management has a significant impact on human and organizational resources in enterprises, is the main tool for competitive advantage.In order to promote the enterprise human resources management more adapt to the new situation, the company to promote the "Big Five" system construction work, to adjust the organizational structure, concise institutions and personnel, the labor force effect, labor productivity is greatly improved, compared with the previous company operation conditions have been greatly improved, and laid a solid foundation for rapid the development of electric power enterprises under the new situation.
