Research On Specific Application Of Lean Production In T Pharmaceutical Company

Pharmaceutical industry relates with human life and health as a very special industry,it has a very prominent characteristic in earnings and growth.China has become one of the fastest growing pharmaceutical producing countries in the world.After supply chain transformation,how to deliver high quality product with low cost to customer is the key for end to end supply chain.T pharmaceutical manufacturing company global manufacturing and supply system make a strategy target to achieve zero accident,zero defect,zero waste,use lean production management way of working,to continue improvement on production operation process,closely work with commercial,to deliver low cost and high quality product to customer,to make customer and patient do more,feel better,live longer.So it is very important that how can T company to build a lean production management system,through lean production continue improvement way of working,to help the company achieve strategy target,which is zero accident,zero defect,zero waste.This thesis totally including six chapters: The first chapter mainly introduce the background and purpose of this study,describe the study method and content;The second chapter introduces the theory of lean production to provide theoretical support for the study;The third chapter mainly analyzes the current situation of T company including pharmaceutical industry situation,T company strategy and problems;The fourth chapter mainly focus on solve T company problems,build T company production system which is base on lean production theory,deployment six basic standard;The fifth chapter makes a summary of benefits after application of T company production system;The six chapter look forward to the future application of lean production.
