| As EPC(Engineering Procurement Construction)model is developing and getting promoted constantly in our country,many exploration and design corporations(especially industry design institutes)have recognized that they were suitable for EPC because of their overall comprehensive advantages,for which many exploration and design corporations change their management pattern to vigorously carry out EPC business.To adapt to the objective demand of the construction market under the condition of market economy,some large civil architectural design institutes have made remarkable achievements through nearly 20 years of EPC practice.From the practice of EPC we may anticipate that civil architectural design institutes will certainly play a leading role in EPC market in the future.In the first place,this thesis analyses and studies the present development situation,the feasibility,the necessity and the obstacles of EPC business carried out by civil architectural design institutes to find a proposed solution to how they change their enterprise management mode to be adapted with the function of EPC,that is the formation of EPC alliance.Additionally,this thesis analyzes the interest distribution the between turnkey contractor and the subcontractor in the cooperation league,and how the cooperation strategy selection exert an influence on their earnings in order to use the same theory to design a cooperation game mode and to analyze different cooperative strategies of the static and repeated game between turnkey contractor and the subcontractor in EPC mode.Finally,this thesis takes Tianjin University Research Institute of Architecture Design as an example to put forward the improvement measures against obstacles in the process of business carried out by civil architectural design institutes based on all-round analysis of advantages and disadvantages of EPC mode.Meanwhile this thesis chooses the optimal cooperation of members of EPC alliance and offers assurance measures of this strategy. |
