| The rapid development of economic and urbanization bring the vigorous development ofthe construction industry. Architectural Design Institute as a domestic industry leader, havinga strong advantage, is undoubtedly the biggest beneficiaries. However, with the open of thedomestic construction market and the rise of the domestic private design units, competition ofthe architectural design market intensified, and the institute faces enormous challenges. Inresponse to external challenges, and continues to gain advantage in architectural designmarket, Architectural Design Institute should carry out reforms, change the design andmanagement philosophy. In this paper, related theory, combined with the status quo of China’sInstitute of design management, drawing management experience from outstanding foreigncompanies on China Architectural Design Institute of Design Management to optimize thedesign. In terms of business operations, focusing on long-term development of enterprises,establishing development strategies and rational organizational structure; in the projectmanagement level, standardizes the design process for the implementation, the establishes ofeffective project management mechanism and controls the quality of the designing productstrictly.This study has some significance on the optimization of design management institute,The main results of this study are as follows:(1)The engineering design and management will be discussed based on the currenttheories.(2)The problems existed in current design and management system are pointed out, whilethe research direction in the future is proposed as well.(3)Science to formulate development strategies aim to follow up the plan, throughrational organization structure design to improve the working effect and efficiency andoptimize communication between company.(4)Find the key points that quality of processes, organization structure and design inproject development, and this thesis puts forward the method for optimizing the design andmanagement. |
