An Empirical Study On The Coordinated Development Of Logistics And Manufacturing Industry From The Perspective Of Supply And Demand

With the increasing costs of raw materials,labor,infrastructure and other factors for manufacturing,our country has gradually entered the trend of industrial transfer.Manufacturing enterprises that are labor-intensive,low value-added and technology-intensive at eastern region have begun to transfer to the central and western regions of China,which makes existing logistics industry supporting system no longer so useful.The manufacturing enterprises transferred to the central and western regions are facing a new environment.In the situation of relatively low cost of factors for manufacturing,collaborative development of the logistics industry and manufacturing has become the most important research content.By studying a lot of literature,this paper doesn't research from the former perspective of economic but from the perspective of business supply and demand about logistics transportation,storage,packaging,loading and unloading.Stratified sample surveys and gray correlation matrix are combined to investigate supply and demand synergy of logistics business of logistics industry and manufacturing in the background of industrial transfer,and ultimately through the flow of supply analysis to achieve the study of the relationship between the two industries or the purpose of synergies.This paper is a combination of theoretical analysis,model construction and empirical analysis.Theoretical analysis focuses on collaborative development status and collaborative development mechanism between logistics industry and manufacturing.First of all,according to the history of the world's industrial transfer,this paper summarizes the three industrial transfers that have experienced since the reform and opening up of China,and through the collection of a large amount of data to study the effect of manufacturing and logistics industry on supply and demand coordinated development of logistics business.Some shortcomings in the synergistic development of manufacturing industry are summarized,so as to achieve the purpose of elucidating the importance of the current research on the coordinated development of logistics supply and demand in the manufacturing and logistics industries.Secondly,it also analyzes the logistics business supply coordination and demand coordination mechanism between logistics industry and manufacturing industry,and the logistics supply and demand coordination between the two industries is defined.The construction of the model is mainly the combination of stratified sampling survey and gray correlation.Firstly,the detailed index of the model is determined,and the market data of the index are obtained by stratified sampling survey.The data estimation model is constructed to estimate the regional total data.The gray relational matrix model is re-quoted to calculate the synergy of transportation,storage,packaging,loading and unloading business of logistics industry supply system and manufacturing demand system.So as to study the two industries for the logistics supply and demand synergies.Empirical analysis is mainly reflected in researching on supply and demand coordination of logistics business in logistics industry and manufacturing industry(including the electronic information industry,the biotechnology industry,the equipment manufacturing industry,the deep processing of agricultural products and other light industry building materials)of Rongchang Banqiao Industrial Park.First,using the market stratified sample survey to obtain the annual data of transport,storage,packaging,loading and unloading of the logistics and manufacturing industry;and then by the gray correlation matrix method to calculate supply and demand synergistic coefficients between the four functional subsystems of the logistics industry and five manufacturing business.Finally,the paper also puts forward the corresponding suggestions and measures for the development of Rongchang's logistics industry and manufacturing industry from the aspects of government,manufacturing industry,logistics industry and investors,respectively,which has important research significance to logistics supply and demand synergistic development of Rongchang's logistics and manufacturing industry.
