Research On The Identification,Assessment And Treatment Of Municipal Engineering Quality Defects

Municipal infrastructure construction has developed rapidly in China in recent years,and the quality management of municipal engineering has drawn increasing attention,so it is beyond doubt that a scientific and normalized quality management system,standard and method is required.The problem of municipal engineering quality is researched in this paper based on my many years of experience in municipal project quality management at the frontline.First,the paper analyzes the current management status of municipal engineering at home and broad,studies the validity of quality management system on the basis of fully using the existing quality management theory and analyzing the construction characteristics of municipal engineering,and analyzes the types and causes of concrete quality defects.In the face of the problem related to the treatment countermeasures for quality defects,the paper creates a model using analytic hierarchy process(AHP),and calculates the weight of each treatment scheme by establishing multiple evaluation tables,to finally select an optimal treatment scheme.Finally,the paper puts forward corresponding countermeasures and reasonable suggestions for the improvement of municipal engineering quality defects according to the result of AHP evaluation and engineering examples,to make the research achievement expounded in this paper more explicit,understandable and empirical.The research in this paper can not only provide theoretical support for the quality management of municipal engineering,but help enterprises identify lots of shortcomings and problems in quality management,to supply decision support for the solving of the key problems arising in the follow-up quality management and enhance enterprises' economic benefits and market competitiveness,and this shows that the correlative identification,analysis and research of municipal engineering quality undoubtedly has a significant theoretical value and practical significance.Moreover,it is an attempt to use AHP as an assistant decision-making tool and introduce it into engineering construction entity,and this will help promote management-related decision-making methods to be further applied in engineering field.
