Research On Design Implementing Procedure Of Zero Defect Quality Management For SH Compony

In recent years,SH company takes more and more heavy production tasks,both the projects and challenge are higher,so,there exist higher demands on the ability of Production Personnel and Production Management.Faced with new environment and higher quality requirements,now,the quality management level of SH company does not meet requirements of the current situation.And low-level quality problems always happen in SH company,while the goal of aerospace is zero defect,so it still has long distance to go.In this paper we study the quality management problem for SH company,with the background of the current quality management status.Then we analysis and discuss the situation and mission we currently face.Finally,we take out some effective solutions for these problems above.This paper elaborates core idea of Zero Defect Quality Management,the basis characteristic of quality management in China Aerospace.Take analysis about the main points and factors of Zero Defect Quality Management for China Aerospace The main flow of Zero Defect Quality Management of manufacturing for China Aerospace are put forward.Then we evaluate the current situation of quality management,identify the problems existing in quality management.At last,we implement scheme of the Zero Defect Quality Management for SH company,propose the control method of implementation process of the Zero Defect Quality Management for SH company.We take out some suggestions about Zero Defect Quality Management in theoretical model for SH company,in the field of assemble and manufacture in aerospace.
