Motivated by the development of e-commerce logistics,express industry has manifested its features of mature facilities,highly informative,rapid response and so on.Online retailing category of reverse logistics obtains a rapid and lasting growing momentum.However,owing to the low origin and the short progress,there are still numerous issues to be solved and optimized in the current e-commerce reverse logistics.This paper aims to improve the quality and enhance the efficiency of the reserve logistics by means of optimization model combining with a typical B2C supplier's production practice to explore the distribution limitation and improve service quality.At first,the paper analyzes the problems of the efficiency aspect in view of the summary of existing vehicle delays and eventually attributing the dominant reason to traffic delay.So as to avoiding the delay of urban distribution under the condition of reverse logistics,we analyze the historical data.The time and geographical distribution features of congestion are summarized on the basis of deep processing of data by MATLAB.Then the routing table was modified according to the TPI.Finally,a model combined hierarchical cluster and 0-1 plan can adjust the vehicle schedule with multiple distribution centers to avoid the congestion delay and improve vehicle utilization.Furthermore,a practical examples is adapted to calculate in MATLAB and Lingo.Compare the original plan and the adjusted one,the improvement extent is obvious.For the frequent customer complaints caused by the quality of services,the paper focus on the root cause by designing a postman task assignment model in the unit of delivery terminal.From the overall merit of the reliability of postman and the risk level of un-picked customers,we choose the postman in high credit rating to implement high-priority task,which aims to reduce the quality trouble of the company caused by the loss of goods and services.On the issue of liability for the dispute,it can be based on the two sides score to provide a reference for the determination of responsibility.Take the existing data as an example,the paper use the objective and subjective comprehensive evaluation method of AHP-gray relation grade to calculate the comprehensive score of the optimal scheme in virtue of MATLAB nested program.It has simply proved that the method is attainable and practical.
