The problem of herdsmen's income is the core problem of "animal husbandry, pastoral area and herdsmen".It is the key to build a new socialist pastoral area and to build a well-off society in an all-round way.In recent years, because of the price fluctuations in the cattle market, degradation of the grassland and rise in sustainable forage price, the increase of the income of the herdsmen has been slow, which not only affects the improvement of their own living standards, but also affects the production of animal husbandry, pastoral economy and the development of the national economy. Therefore, combined with the income of herdsmen in Ger Chaolu Township, this dissertation studies the income growth of herdsmen from the perspective multi dimensions. It will have great significance for the improvement of the living standards of herdsmen, the development of pastoral economy and the unity and stability of ethnic areas.Ger Chaolu Township is one of the 4 animal husbandry Township Zhalute. So far it still retains the "Aoteer" animal husbandry production. After investigation,Ger Chaolu per capita net income of herdsmen is higher than the per capita net income of farmers and herdsmen in Zhalute. Also it is higher than the per capita net income of farmers and herdsmen in the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, but it is lower than that of herdsmen in the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region.Take 2015 as an example, the per capita net income of herdsmen in the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region was 14996 yuan, while that of herdsmen in Ger Chaolu Township was 12153.2 yuan, and Ger Chaolu Township's per capita net income of herdsmen is lower than the per capita net income of herdsmen in the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region by 19%.There are many factors influencing the growth of income of the Ger Chaolu Township. The first factor is the environmental factor and it is the most important factor Grassland degradation directly led to the slow growth of income of herdsmen as well as the increase of animal husbandry production expenditure. The second factor is the organizational factor. The ruling ability, service consciousness, responsibility consciousness of primary party determine the development of the economy and increase in the income of the herdsmen in the village. The third factor is the economic factor.Prices of live animals and animal products in the market continued to decline while forage prices continued to rise and traders' exploitation leads to the increase in the herdsmen debt service pressure. The fourth factor is the social factor. The negative impact of abnormal consumption on maintaining the relationships and negative impact that centralized running of school on low-grade students indirectly increases the burden of herdsmen. The fifth factor is their own factor, the difference in herdsmen's own sense of consciousness directly affects their income growth. In view of the above factors, the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward, that is to change the mode of economic growth in pastoral areas,to speed up the innovation of pastoral areas,to strengthen the construction of Primary Party organizations,to improve the overall quality of herdsmen, and to protect the ecological environment of pastoral areas.
