Study On The Development Of Five Modernizations Coordination In Hubaoe Urben Agglomeration

Opinions of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council on Accelerating the Ecological Civilization Construction put forward the strategic objectives that promoting The New Industrialization,The Informatization,The Urbanization,The Agricultural Modernization and The Greenization to be coordinated.The New Industrialization,The Informatization,The Urbanization,The Agricultural Modernization and The Greenization are abbreviated as The Five Modernizations.The Agricultural Modernizations become coordinated is good for alleviating the problems existing in China's development and achieving the goal that economic,society,resource,environment to be sustainable and coordinated.In recent years,The HuBao E Urben Agglomeration is one of the fastest growing new urban agglomerations in our country.The GDP of the HuBaoE Urben Agglomeration accounted for 61.50% of Inner Mongolia in 2015.The HuBaoE Urben Agglomeration is important economic growth engine and the core area in Inner Mongolia,which also is the the highest degree of The Urbanization,the Industrialization and The Informationization region in Inner Mongolia.But with the economic development,Baotou and Ordos,which are based on heavy chemical industry,have brought serious environmental problems to the urban agglomeration.And the problem of greenization is more serious.In the context ofeconomy new normal,the HuBaoE Urben Agglomeration also have the fearful overcapacity problem and the problem of deeping structural reform of the supply-front.How to promote The New Industrialization,The Informatization,The Urbanization,The Agricultural Modernization and The Greenization of the urban agglomeration to be harmonious is an urgent and valuable subject,which is of great significance to promote the economic transformation and sustainable coordinated development of Inner Mongolia and create beautiful scenery in the north of the motherland.On the basis of combing domestic and foreign related reference and the concept of collaborative development of five modernizations,thesis has established a collaborative development value model of five modernizations of urban agglomeration and analyzed the coordinated development level of the HuBaoE Urben Agglomeration from 2000 to 2015.The study has the following results.In recent years,the level of collaborative development is getting better,but the pace of development is relatively slow.The urbanization development level of the urben agglomeration is the highest and the urbanization development speed is stable.The agricultural modernization development level of the urben agglomeration is second and the agricultural modernization development speed is stable.The agricultural modernization development level is comparable to the greenization development level of the urben agglomeration,and the greenization development rate fluctuates greatly.The new industrialization development level is the lowest and its development speed is slow.The reasons that affect the urben agglomeration collaborative development of five modernizations are the lowest new industrialization development,the relative isolation of informationization development,the slow development of agricultural modernization and the greater volatility of green development.In order to improve the five modernizations collaborative development level of the urban agglomeration,we must adhere to the concept of five modernizations collaborative development and reform further.We must constantly improve the new industrialization development level and pay more attention to enhance the fusion degree of the informationization development.We must speed up the pace of the agricultural modernization development,stabilize the level of greenization development and improve the five modernizations coordinated development level of the HuBaoE Urben Agglomeration.
