This article is based on the actual situation of Longyan City in Fujian Province,researched regulators on the production,operation and use of veterinary drugs in three aspects of supervision,and analysised the problems for the various aspects of the regulatory process deeply,summarized the reasons of insufficient regulation.Such as outdated methods leaded to low regulatory efficiency,regulators were not familiar with the relevant laws and don't have professional knowledge,the supervision mechanism was not reasonable,etc,and then putted forward targeted suggestions and measures against the problems,so as to eliminate the basement which fake and substandard veterinary drugs depended on.It must be based on treating both principal and secondary aspect of the problems to combat fake and substandard veterinary drugs,it can improve the combat efficiency more effectively.First,The fight against fake and substandard veterinary drugs must first start from the source of production enterprises,proposed all-weather monitoring and used the big data to control these productions.Second,For the intermediate links of veterinary drugs enterprises,put forward the grid management to improve the sense of responsibility of regulators,visit customers on check records the purchase of veterinary drugs and other measures.Third,Consumers could strengthen the remote supervision and guidance,create a regional platform and integration of resources for regulatory measures,etc.Fourth,strengthen the training and assessment of law enforcement personnel,improve the overall quality of the entire law enforcement team,and help to improve the efficiency of veterinary drug supervision.Through these targeted measures,can effectively improve the efficiency of the investigation of fake and substandard veterinary drugs,and promote the healthy development of veterinary drug market,to provide reference for other similar areas.
