Exploration On New Ecological Village Construction Ideas And Patterns Under The Background Of Mass Entrepreneurship And Innovation

The ecological village construction has continued for over 30 years.While making some achievements,it has been faced with some realistic problems.Under the background of "mass entrepreneurship and innovation,"the concept of entrepreneurship and innovation has further influenced the economic structure in the construction of the ecological villages.Now,new force has been injected into the movement,while the issues of how to deal with such new force arise,namely,how to optimize the self-development mode.This paper investigates the movement in the backdrop of "mass entrepreneurship and innovation," enabling it to benefit from "mass entrepreneurship and innovation," and in turn improve the environment of "mass entrepreneurship and innovation."To this end,this paper firstly analyzes the connotation of "mass entrepreneurship and innovation" and the construction of biological villages,clarifies the relationship between them,and points out the opportunities brought about by the former to the latter.Meanwhile,it briefly introduces the current situation of the ecological village construction in China as well as the major problems in the process.On this basis,this paper takes Liudu Village at Qidu Township,Ningde City as the key object for investigation.By means of questionnaire design and field interviews,it analyzes the main problems encountered in the ecological village construction under the background of "mass entrepreneurship and innovation." They include:the attention to the ecological village construction is not sufficient,the awareness of it is still low,there is not enough strength in the attraction of investment,there is a lack of high-level talents,there is not enough understanding of "mass entrepreneurship and innovation," there is a lack of enough strength in the coordination of rural resources and the cultivation of industries lags behind.And then it proposes the new thought for the current construction of the ecological villages:it explores the development pattern of building ecological villages from the perspective of the attraction of talented people,collaborative innovation and industrial integration,raises the corresponding counter measures and suggestions,and provides references and experiences for Liudu Village and other villages in the ecological village construction.
