Research On Angel Financing Issues In Internet Enterprises In The Background Of "Mass Entrepreneurship And Innovation"

With the introduction of the national "mass entrepreneurship and innovation development strategy",all provinces and cities actively develop internet industry in their governing districts,and make full use of the internet platform to develop various new industries.Hainan Provincial Government positively responses to the national policy,strongly promote the“Internet plus”industrial development,and put it into the”13th Five-Year" plan as one of the 12 pillar industries of Hainan Province.In recent years,the development of the internet industry has brought obvious benefits and has achieved good results.However,some serious problems still exist,among which the most obvious is that the internet enterprises are experiencing difficulties through the angel financing.This has seriously restricted the development of the internet industry in Hainan.Therefore,it is of great significance to make research on the angel financing issues of internet enterprises in Hainan province.In this paper,the first chapter mainly introduces the definition and characteristics of internet enterprise,the channels,ways and its significance of the angel financing;it also expounds the current common angel financing models of the internet enterprises,and analyzes the concept,the background and their applied conditions of each angel financing model.The second chapter introduces the current angel financing status of Hainan internet industry.The author illustrates the current development situation of the internet industry,and meanwhile selects 200 internet companies from several Industrial Parks in Hainan as the research samples based on the collection of questionnaires.The basic status and financing schedule as well as financing amount are statistically demonstrated.The third chapter is to analyze the angel financing issues of Hainan province internet industry.According to the findings of the survey,discuss various problems existing in the early,the middle and the later financing stage of the internet enterprises.The fourth chapter is mainly about the analysis on the causes of the financing problems.The author adopts interview method to analyze the common causes of internet industry angel financing problems from three aspects of government,enterprises and investment institutions.Meanwhile,in order to deeply discuss the angel financing problems existing in the internet enterprises,the author uses the AMOS21.0 software and build structural equation model(SEM)to further probe the factors which affect the angel financing in Hainan.The fifth chapter is the proposed countermeasures and suggestions.The author puts forward suggestions solving the angel financing problems of the internet enterprises.In the end of this paper,the author makes brief conclusion for the dissertation.
