A Research On The Quality Safety Monitoring Mechanism In Agriculture Cold-Chain Logistics

The safety consciousness in agricultural logistics has increased and the related national policies have also come out. In these situations more and more people pay height attention to the cold-chain logistics. Cold-chain logistics is composed by multiple segments, from food raw materials cultivation and procurement, processing, circulation and distribution, to retail and consumption; it is a complicated system engineering to ensure that each link in low temperature, quality and safety problems of cold chain logistics is the core.Cold chain of food not only for preservation, but also special attention to the security aspect,once appear quality security problem, it will endanger people’s health. The system of cold chain is not sound,work environment is discontinued,all of these directly cause fruits&vegetable severe losses in the transport process.In China,fruits&vegetables from the field to the table wastage rate as high as 25% to 30%,while in developed countries the rate have been controlled under 5%.So,how to improve the quality of fruits&vegetables cold chain is more important,and the core task is to establish a quality safety monitoring mechanism in agriculture cold-chain logistics.From the perspective of basic concepts such as agricultural product logistics, agriculture cold-chain logistics, security monitoring for agriculture cold-chain logistics,the paper discusses the current situation of quality safety monitoring and analyzes the information requirements of agriculture cold-chain logistics safety monitoring.Through the comparative analysis of safety monitoring abroad, we can find the type of the cold chain logistics monitoring mechanism to suit the current situation of china. We introduce the design ideas of the quality safety monitoring mechanism’s construction in our country and the composition of the cold chain logistic monitoring mechanism of agricultural products. Accodring to the abroade experiences and lessons,the paper establishs a control system for the quality safety of farm product.Finally,Based on the problems in the current,quality safety monitoring mechanism situation,the paper constructs game analysis model to analysis the related factors which can influence the system.
