Coincident with the constant increase of the logistics business volumes and ever-changing development of the clients, some of the problems have since occasionally occurred, such as the delay response of delivery, product damage, loss of the en-route goods. As to the fresh vegetables, meat and diary product, these require a comparatively high standard and regulation of the delivery temperature, cycles and so on. Hence there are more rigorous requirements of the logistics transportation conditions. The author of this paper utilizes one of the leading enterprises A in the vegetable bases in Xuanwei, Yunnan province as the research subject, aims to activate experimental studies on the cold chain logistic dynamic supervision process of the vehicle transportation. Based on the research of the status quo of the enterprise, the author determines the systematic development requirements, monitoring real time information of the fresh vegetables with prototyping, and designs a management system for logistics transport vehicle positioning.On the foundation of crucial techniques of the internet of things, meanwhile adopting the domestic and international experiences of relevant industries, the author operates related research on the in-depth logistics low temperature goods information status tracking system based on the embedded technology, utilizes the wireless sensor network as the environmental information collection method, GPS technology as a foundation for positioning, Zigbee as the relay network, GPRS as the two-way transmission network. Eventually combine the positioning, communication, automatic status regulation of cargo, supervision and remote control as a complete research subject. The system consists of three segments, namely are the monitoring platform, data center, and client. To be more specific, the monitoring platform owns: car sensors, collector, wireless local area network, and the cab monitoring host, which is composed of the master controller, orientation module, remote transmission integration module and the liquid crystal display. The master server of the system is the data center. The client consists upper computer software and cell phone monitoring software.As to the three constructive dimensions that the author utilizes to realize the systematic development of this paper, the dimension of systematic life cycle went through the phases of systematic analysis, design, development, testing and implementation; the dimension of logical framework went through the phases of underlying sensing device, network link form the application layer, functional layer and users’ application; the dimension of technical system covers a variety of subjects such as enterprise management information system, cold chain logistics transportation technology, key support technology of the Internet of things. Hence it is capable of constructing an overall monitor and control system platform for vegetables’logistics status.Based on the researches and tests of the primary functions of the system, the author realize car micro-environment for dynamic information acquisition and warning, and a whole-process monitor and positioning of the vehicles. The upper computer can not only perform the inquiry function of the vehicle and vegetable information, but also realize the automatic alarm function by sending short messages to mobile phones via GSM when the environmental monitoring information surpass the security line. The foregoing functions will render the censors to get a comprehensive of the real time information variation of the vehicles so as to implement effective approaches in a timely fashion to guarantee the quality of the cold chain. Moreover, these experiments can also cultivate certain reference significance for the high efficiency for the material allocation and distribution as well as the similar entire control management.
