With the rapid development of economy,the change of economic situation and environment,the competition among enterprises is becoming fiercer,and it's more difficult to enterprises to hold their competitive edges.Human resources and knowledge capital have become the most important resources of enterprises in the rise of knowledge economy and economic globalization,and the value of human resources is the key factor to measure the overall competitiveness of enterprises.As an important function of modern human resource management,human resource evaluation plays an important role in the recruitment,selection and training of talents.However,to get talents,we must firstly know how to identify talents.Therefore,it is very important to use scientific human resource assessment tools to objectively and reliably identify the talents.Situational judgment test(SJTs)is considered to be an effective tool for the evaluation of talents.But even so,situational judgment test can not resist impact from the applicants' faking.Applicants' faking may mislead the interviewer to make the wrong hiring decision,which may lead to candidates' low level of job performance and poor people-post matching.These results will not only reduce the overall effectiveness of the selection system,but also have a negative effect on the organization's overall performance.This paper chose two different situational judgment tests,and the two tests respectively use three kinds of control conditions--time controlling,using different forms of instruction and displaying different number of options,and select 103 MBA students as participants to take the test.The results showed that:(1)Time controlling has an inhibitory effect on integrity test using behavior tendency instruction;(2)Displaying options one by one can inhibit faking in integrity test and management ability test using behavior tendency instruction;(3)Time controlling can inhibit faking in integrity test using behavior tendency instruction and displaying options one by one.Finally,the limitations of current research are discussed,and research directions in the future are mentioned.
