With the rapid development of our country economy, people's living standards are improving. Meantime, the demand for power supply is increasing, andit has brought higher request to the power supply reliability of power network. In electric power market, electricity can be used as a kind of commodity, and it also follows the rules of market operation. It needs not only to ensure electricity reliability, but also to reflect the fair of price to the electric power generation enterprise and the supplying electricity enterprise.Therefore, in order to ensure the quality of power supply, power companies need to develop a reasonable time-of-use electricityprice to guide consumers to transfer electricity load, which plays a role in cutting peak loadand reducing the fluctuation of electric load.This paper analyzes the time period of peak and valley time division and correction in detail, and establishes the peak and valley time price model based on the user's response. Finally, the validity and feasibility of the model are verified by an example of Jinzhou.Specific work is as follows:Firstly, this paper introduces the concept, classification and mechanism of the demand response, and expounds the specific meaning of the incentive and the price demand response. Then, the paper analyzes the technical support needed for the implementation of the demand response, and introduces the demand price elasticity coefficient used to evaluate user demand response participation.Then, this paper introduces the division of the time period of peak and valley and the correction strategy. In this paper, the membership function of fuzzy mathematics is used to divide the peak and valley time period, and two correction strategiesare proposed to revise the current peak and valley time to achieve better shifting peak load effect.Finally, based on the knowledge of consumer psychology, electricity price theory and fuzzy mathematics, the objective function is proposed. Under the constraint condition of the existing technical requirements, a mathematical model of the power price based on the user's response is established, and the optimization analysis results of the peak load, the maximum system load and the minimum system peak load of the typical daily load curve of a large industrial user in Jinzhou are obtained.Compared with the existing scheme, the results show that the proposed method can better achieve the goal of reducing the cost of electricity supply and reducing the cost of electricity.
