Research On Competition Strategy Of Supply-side Customized Logistics Service

The advances in science and technology has intensified the competition between the logistics service suppliers.The uncertainty of total demand of logistics service market has been increased because the personalization demand has grown.Thus,the demand for supply ability of logistics enterprise service has been gradually improved.Supply-side reform serves as an opportunity for the business model adjustment,technical equipment upgrade,and rapid development of enterprises.It is an urgent concern for the logistic service enterprises that how to provide customized logistic service and maintain the advantage of high efficiency and low cost in mass service and continuously improve the service ability at supply-side at the same time,while facing the multiple customer demand.The research of mass customization mode,which is an effective means to solve the supply and demand matching problem,applied in logistic service has not been done through.This paper discussed the related problems of logistic service under mass customization mode,based on the supply ability and influence factor at demand-side,under the background of supply-side reform.Firstly,we carried out the fundamental research of logistic service ability under mass customization mode.Service connotation,feature and service process and implementation path have been elaborated.And we defined the ability of mass customization logistic service under the background of supply-side,as the basis of subsequent intensive study.Secondly,combined with analyzing the elements in the system and both supply-and demand-side,we chose Logistics service time,service cost and personalization degree as three evaluating indicators of mass customization logistic service ability.Based on this,we established tripartite game model,calculated and validated the Nash Equilibrium Solution applying Quantum behaved particle swarm optimization algorithm,which provides theoretical direction for implementing mass customization mode responding to the current new policy situation.Then,example analysis that quantitative analysis of collected sample data validated the practicability of the model,which offers quantitative guidance for optimizing resources allocation and improving supply ability of mass customization logistic service.At last,the paper summed up the content above,expressed the research results and defects,and pointed out the research area in the future work.Combined with supply-side reform,it is a prerequisite and innovation point that we study the supply level problem of logistic service enterprises and analyze the advantage that logistic service under mass customization mode provide for promoting supply efficiency.Another essential innovation point is that applying Nash Equilibrium Theory and Quantum behaved particle swarm optimization algorithm into the study of modern logistic service industry,which behaves as a new idea to achieve overall optimization of logistics service system and transformation and upgrading of logistics industry structure.The trial broke through the limit of focusing on reducing cost and personalized service,and provided the future development of logistic industry with reasonable reference.
