With the rapid development of the logistics industry, the progress of the supply chain integration is gradually accelerated, and the structure of the supply chain is becoming increasingly complex. Today, it’s true that the competition of logistics enterprises equates to the competition of logistics supply chain. It is of great significance to the research on capability coordination of logistics node enterprise in logistics service supply chain for the improvement of the service level and competitiveness of the supply chain. This paper focuses on the research of the quantity coordination and profit distribution of logistics node enterprise in three-echelon logistics service supply chain according to the buyback contract and Nash negotiation theory, under the circumstances that market demand and capacity supply are uncertain. The main research contents of this paper are:(1) Firstly, based on the analysis of existing literature, the concepts of logistics service supply chain and logistics capability are defined, and the motivation of the cooperation of logistics node enterprise is analyzed. Then, this paper summarizes the structure type of logistics service supply chain and the classification of supply chain contract.(2) Quantity coordination models of logistics node enterprise in three-echelon logistics service supply chain are established respectively in the mode of decentralized decision and centralized decision. Simulation results show that the ordering strategy of centralized decision mode can avoid aggressive order strategy and improve expected profits of overall supply chains. However, the simple centralized decision-making ordering strategy is relatively conservative, and It is with great possibility not to meet customer demand.(3) In order to encourage members to order logistics capabilities more actively, buy-back contract mechanism is introduced into three-echelon logistics service supply chain, and quantity coordination model in centralized decision mode is established. Simulation results show that buy-back contract can make it more reasonable to the increase of order quantity. It also can further improve the total expected revenue of the supply chain, but it needs effective mechanism for the supply chain cooperation profit distribution to ensure decision implementation.(4) The profit distribution model of logistics node enterprise in three-echelon logistics service supply chain based on Nash negotiation is established considering the influence of resource investment, innovation ability, flexible ability, risk-sharing, enterprise status and other factors. We will distribute the total profit of the supply chain through the model. The profit distribution ratio of each member will be determined. The profit distribution model can get a reasonable result. And the model can ensure that the buy-back contract and centralized decision can be implemented in the three-echelon logistics service supply chain.(5) At last, we conclude the main results of the paper and also point out the paper problems, giving a clear direction for future research.
