Research On The Coordination Strategy Of Logistics Service Supply Chain Based On Mass Customization Service

At present,in face of the growing trend of customized logistics services demand,many logistics enterprises not only provide customers with mass service,but also begin trying to meet the demand of customized service and considering a change in the logistics service mode at the same time.Namely,they try to provide the mass customization logistics services(MCLS)instead of the mass logistics services.In the environment of the MCLS,in order to meet individualized service requirements of customers and achieve the capabilities to offer large-scale service,a lot of logistics enterprises form a logistics service supply chain(LSSC)by means of union and integration.The coordination of LSSC is the core issue of supply chain management,however,the research on supply chain coordination is mostly focused on the product supply chain,and those on service supply chain,especially on logistics service supply chain with mass customized mode,are still insufficient.Therefore,set the mass customized mode as research background,this article conducted a special study for the coordination of LSSC,which built some models and further explored this field.This paper first analyzed the research status of related theory on logistics service supply chain coordination and mass customization(MC)service mode,and then reviewed the research achievement on customization degree,the uncertainty of provider operation time,the supply chain scheduling and quantity coordination of the capacity cooperation.I found some research deficiencies based on summary of existing literatures,then based on those research we carried out our model study which include three parts:(1)From the perspective of maximizing profit of the logistics services integrator(LSI)and the customer,determining the optimal service customization degree.And then three different decision modes are proposed,in different decision modes,it is discussed that how the profits of the LSI,customer as well as the overall supply chain change with the customization degree.(2)this paper establishes a new multi-objective program scheduling model of Logistics service supply chain that considers the uncertainty of operation time for functional logistics service providers(FLSPs)in a mass customization service environment.This model considers three aims,considering the differences in target priority,the goal programming method is applied to solve the model hierarchically.In addition,the effects of scheduling parameters on scheduling objectives are provided after numerical analysis.(3)The issue of capacity cooperation of LSSC is discussed.A quantity coordination model of capacity cooperation was established based on the Stackelberg game model.Then,a genetic algorithm was used to solve the model,and numerical simulations were made using MATLAB software.The results showed the influence of scale effect and customization degree on capacity cooperation.
