Research On The Influence Of Technology Import To Industry Structure Upgrade In China

Since 1978,China's industry has made considerable progress,the level of industrial technology has been greatly improved,the industrial structure is also constantly optimized.From the current situation,there is still a certain gap in the level of industrial modernization in China.In order to narrow the gap with the developed countries,to maintain national economy sustained and stable growth,a comprehensive well-off society,we must take the technological progress as the priority among priorities of economic development,improve the technological progress of the upgrading of industrial structure promote the optimization,degree of contribution to economic growth.As the main way to promote technological progress,technology introduction can quickly narrow the gap between China and developed countries.Therefore,it is of great significance to explore the transmission mechanism of technology introduction to the upgrading of industrial structure.This article summarized the Chinese and foreign scholars on technology transfer and industrial structure and the correlation theory.First chapter,the relevant definition of technology introduction,introduce mode,and in detail in this paper,the factors influencing the effect of,at the same time,this paper introduces the definition of industrial structure upgrade and the general pattern.From two aspects of supply and demand presents the technology import to promote industrial structure upgrade transmission mechanism,and based on this,advances the essential condition of the conduction mechanism,including the supporting technology,scale and management ability.The second chapter introduces the different time periods from the new China since the establishment of the development of technology transfer and industrial structure upgrade,and analyzes the problems existing in the different stage,at the same time,to observe whether the two has the corresponding coordinated development trend.The third chapter selected the technology import contract amount and the industrial added value of two indicators,using granger causality test and cointegration test two measurement methods,the technology import impact on industrial structure upgrade hascarried on the empirical research.Draw a technology import is the granger cause of industrial structure upgrade,but the two do not have coordinated development trend.This suggests that the technology transfer of industrial structure upgrade did boost.Then the two do not have synergy trend explains,mainly because we don't have a good internal environment for technology import.The fourth chapter puts forward three policy suggestions.First,establish integrated management system,strengthen the introduction of technology rationality evaluation,clear key technology introduction,the establishment of the duty,rights and responsibilities clear technology introduction management mechanism;secondly,establish the macro and micro mechanism,create external good foundation for enterprise technology introduction,organization between enterprises and scientific research units of the cooperative research and development,strict the implementation of the intellectual property system,emphasis on venture capital investment;finally,accelerate the construction of market system,to make full use of the law of value,the formation of market supply and demand determines the price mechanism,cultivate and improve the technology market.
