Technology Innovation Research In Russian's Transition Period

In the current stage of economic globalization,as the main driving force of economic and social development,technology innovation has gradually replaced the traditional resources.Therefore,more and more countries attach importance to technological innovation,which includes Russia who is proceeding the marketoriented economic transformation.But ever since the collapse of the Soviet union,Russia mainly focus its energy on solving territorial disputes,privatization,rights allocation and financial reform,it didn't attach much importance in the technology innovation area where there is no obvious effect in a short-term.Then,during the transition period,due to the economic and social instability and influenced by various factors,the development of technology innovation during the period of transition went through several twists and turns,demonstrated the characteristics of complex and changeable development.This paper follows the methodology principle of the unity of history and logic.Firstly,through reference to the researches of technology innovation at home and abroad,the author made simple critique of technology innovation,and then conducted in-dept contemplation on the technology innovation problems of Russian in its period of transition,made the research process and result of "Russian" characteristic within the philosophy scope.Furthermore,from value and methodology perspective,technology innovation is analyzed thoroughly in a simple language in its period of transition.The first chapter of this paper is mainly about the research purpose,background and significance and the research at home and abroad.The second chapter focuses on the theoretical knowledge of technological innovation.The third chapter is the theoretical basis of the fourth chapter,and the fourth chapter is the interpretation of the philosophy of the third chapter.On this basis,the fifth chapter is the sublimation of this article which brings the instructional role of the Russian technological innovation experience to our country,and then points out that the choice of technical innovation cooperation between China and Russia and the development of science and technology enlightenment of our country under the framework of The Belt and Road,which will not only help us to conduct a comprehensive study of the Russian scientific and technological philosophy,but also burst out a new spark in comparative study of Chinese and Russian philosophy of science and technology.The development of science and technology is related to the lifeblood of a country,which is the reason why we should learn more and better experiences and models from other countries.Combined with the national conditions and the reality,then for our own use.According to this process of thinking,the author finished the paper.
