Talents as the first resource,it becomes increasingly important to scientific management of employees.There are many important components in modern enterprise management system.As an important part of theirs,the construction and effective operation of the incentive mechanism through various incentive behavior in enterprises play a more and more important role in people's initiative and enthusiasm.With the development of the state-owned enterprises,the traditional labor management system adopted by state-owned enterprises under the traditional planned economy system can not adapt to the increasingly fierce market competition and unable to make the enterprise impregnable.Many phenomena of state-owned enterprises such as weak incentive consciousness,a simple incentive mechanism design,unobvious incentive effect and so on,to a large extent restrict the development of the enterprise staff initiative and enthusiasm,which directly restricts the economic development of the enterprise.Therefore,these issues which state-owned enterprises have to consider are how to build a scientific and effective incentive mechanism and maximize the enthusiasm and creativity of employees.In this paper,we took the GHHG company of the state-owned enterprise as the research object,and carefully analyzed the current incentive mechanism of the GHHG company employees through the method of questionnaire and interview,and analyzed the contradiction between the current GHHG company's incentive mechanism and the development of the GHHG company combined with the internal market management of the GHHG company and business development direction.Through the analysis of the current incentive mechanism of the GHHG company and the questionnaire and interview survey,it was found that the current incentive mechanism of the GHHG company mainly has the following problems:Firstly,the lack of incentive pay structure and salary levels.Secondly,assessment is a mere formality,which leads to the gap between assessment and incentive.Thirdly,negative incentive deficiency and weakening of moral incentive function.Fourthly,incentive failed to combine the promotion mechanism and training mechanism.This paper attempts to start from the construction and improvement of the GHHG company's employee incentive mechanism,and innovatively introduce market mechanism into the GHHG company employee incentive management through the internal market management as an effective tool to fully mobilize the enthusiasm of the employees and the incentive measures to ensure the implementation of the market performance for the GHHG company to provide some strategies and suggestions to solve the problems existing in the staff management.By improving the level of staff salaries and benefits,optimizing the structure of pay and benefits,establishing long-term incentive mechanism to retain talents,strengthening the construction of appraisal system,establishing constantly updated indicators and standards performance management system based on the layered evaluation,functional classification assessment,clear process,smoothing employee career growth mechanism and broadening employee occupation the channel of promotion and training channels,we construct the effective incentive mechanism of the GHHG company staff.In this paper,the research on the incentive mechanism of the GHHG company staff promotes the incentive system construction of the GHHG company,and then build a team of high quality staff with reasonable structure,high working spirits and advanced professional technology.Meanwhile,the study of the incentive system is more advantageous to guide the GHHG company through the establishment of assessment,promotion,reward,welfare,social insurance and training system to maximize the initiative and creativity of employees and maximize the efficiency of state-owned enterprises.The research on the incentive mechanism of the GHHG company has a certain degree of improvement and complement for the current domestic scholars on the field of theoretical research.
