Rich nature and population resources make the significant contribution to rapid economic development and prosperity of the market. However, with the continuous consumption of natural resources and the change of population structure,the material reaources and cheap labor force that were once proud are losing their edge. Quality is king,when economic development on the basis of q uantity has encountered bottlenecks.We must focus on the "human" to realize the breakthrough of economic development.Under these circumstances, as the key elements of enterprise transformation, performance improvement by leaps and bounds,creation of core competence,psychological capital is getting more and more attention. But, there is another situation need us to think. Enterproses need a organizational structure, which be able to adapt to the rapid change of environment,flexible response to uncertainty, a wide range of access to a variety of knowledge to help enterprises improve the efficiency. Therefore, The role of the team has become increasingly prominent. I combines these two realities in this paper, starting form the human and environment interaction theory, hoping to explain the relationship between team psychological capital and team performance, the effect of different team psychological capital on different types of team performance, based on the resource conservation theory. Finally,explore the impact of team learning climate on the relationship of team psychological capital and team performance based on the trait arousal theory.Based on human and environment interaction theory, this paper mainly discusses the following three parts: First, focuing on team psychological capital, team performance, team learning climate, this paper form three aspects of individual factors, behavioral variables,environmental factors to analyze and summary concept, structure dimensions, measurement methods. Secondely, based on literature review,the model and hypothesises of this paper is proposed. Finally, questionnaire survey was used as the main research method to confirm the hyothesis. The data were collected from 59 groups in total 308 questionnaire, which collected by online questionnaire survey platform and site visits survey. Then, we use SPSS, AMOS to analyze the data,including descriptive statistics, common method bias test,data aggregation analysis, reliability analysis and validity analysis, to make sure the data is rationality and availability. Next,we conducted a correlation analysis and a regression analysis to verify the hypothesis. We found that team psychological capital has a positive influence on team performance. Futher study show different dimensions of team psychological capital have different effects on varies team performance. More concretely, team effectiveness has a most positive effect on task performance. Team optimism is the strongest predictor of team relationship performance. Team vision contributes most to team learning performance. Team resilience and team optimism have a most positive effect on team innovation performance.Finally, we also found team learning cliamte has a positive moderating eddect on the relationship between team psychological capital and team performance.According to the research findings, we put forward some suggestions to develop team effectiveness, team optimism, team vision, team resilience and team learning climate. We hope that these findings can healp manager to optimise team management, improve enterprise's initiative and enthusiasm to create a good team learning climate,conduct the core competitive advantage to cope with the current high pressure environment.
