Construction project cost management has always been the focus of construction project management, so as the core of construction project management, construction project cost profit and loss will be directly related to the construction project economic management results and the actual profits of enterprises. This requires the construction industry enterprises must change the old management system, and actively adopt advanced management mode,and further improve their own cost management level, in order to improve the market competitiveness of enterprises in order to obtain greater profits. And today's construction project cost control still rely on the traditional management, in the experience (irrational),the level of rough. That has been far from being able to meet today's high-speed construction industry. The cost of construction projects is refined and systematic management is one of the necessary ways to improve. Integrate the system dynamics method into the method of cost control of the whole life cycle construction project, provide guidance for the owners to practice the cost control of the construction project, help and guide the owners to effectively control the cost of the construction project, optimize the capital allocation and improve the capital utilization Efficiency, so that investment projects better achieve the desired objectives.This paper analyzes the current situation of domestic and foreign research on the application of life cycle cost control and system dynamics in cost control. It is found that the whole life cycle cost control is a kind of system management method with the best cost of reality, and the system dynamics is Strategic level system management tools to solve problems. The basic principles of life cycle cost control and system dynamics theory of construction project are studied,and the whole life cycle of construction project is divided into three stages: construction period, implementation and post operation. At the same time, the composition of each stage cost is determined.And the basic steps of the cost control of the system power research and construction project are determined. On this basis, the causal relationship between the cost factors of each stage is analyzed, and the causal relationship diagram is established. At the same time, the influence relation between each stage is analyzed, and the influence relation diagram between stages is established. Based on the actual project data, this causal relationship is quantitatively analyzed according to the method of system dynamics modeling,and the dynamic model of construction project cost control system is established. Based on the existing actual engineering data, the model is tested and analyzed, and it is feasible and effective to find the model. It is found that the influencing factors of construction project cost are diverse and diverse, and the degree of influence is different. It is considered that the improvement of management measures will greatly affect the cost change.
