In the modern market economic situation,the competition between enterprises is more and more incentive.Knowledge-based employees as the core staff of the company,have great contribution for the company and play a significant role in improving the competition of the company.Knowledge-based employees can't easily be replaced.The losing of these employees means the company has to foster new ones again with a great price,but the effect is bad.Enterprise managers need to face these problems seriously : how to improve the working emotion of employees,how to motivate employees to be more active and make a positive contribution for the enterprise diligently.And these problems are also the key to the formation of the core competence of the enterprise.Daqing SY Company as a state-owned enterprise had experienced various reforms during the developing process of market economy.But it didn't form any effective means to manage knowledge staff,which made the difficult problem that was how to motivate knowledge staff to work hard.The purpose of this paper is to find out the main problems of Daqing SY Company's knowledge staff's motivation in-depth analysis of the current situation and incentive methods.After that,this paper will study strategies and more effectively incentive methods on the humanistic management.The purpose is to eliminate the negative impact on the development of SY which is due to these problems.So as to promote the reform of the company and give full play to the knowledge staff's work enthusiasm and creativity and make the company remain invincible.This paper analyzes the present situation and methods of the motivation of knowledge-based employees at home and abroad,which has referential significance for the research of this paper.Quoting the theory of knowledge-based employees and humanistic management and motivation and so on affords theoretical support for this paper.This paper finds some problems through analyzing the current incentive methods about salary,welfare,performance,training,promotion and honor and analyzing the demands level of knowledge staff combining with their characteristics.The problems are that the gains of Daqing SY Company's knowledge staff didn't reflect difference in ability and didn't meet their demands of personal development and attention and been respected.The cause is discounting embodying knowledge staff's ability and their personal development and the communication with them.If Daqing SY Company wants to obtain good economic benefits,it must change management idea from emphasis on things to emphasis on the people and take effectivecountermeasures in view of the reasons.The company should take the needs of knowledge staff into consideration and solve the problems of knowledge staff's motivation,in order to prevent or reduce the knowledge staff's lost.Daqing SY Company needs to consider the growth of the knowledge staff as the core target of the development of the company and stimulate their enthusiasm,promoting the company's reform and enhancing the company's overall strength.
