With the arrival of knowledge economy,knowledge staffs are increasingly important for the development of the enterprise,how to build the enterprise internal management incentive system,improve the knowledge staffs' satisfaction and the sense of belonging,inspire their subjective initiative,is a key to improve enterprise management.Based on the company F as an object case,firstly,this paper discusses the management incentive related concepts and theories,and on this basis,follows the ask questions?analyze and solve problems of analysis methods,in-depth analyses the management incentive management existence questions of company F and the deep reasons behind problems,and puts forward management incentive system construction strategy?the main optimization design content and implementation of security solutions of the company F.This paper argues that the individual needs of knowledge staffs are usually more complex and changeable,we should be combined with the management comprehensive incentive theory and incentive problems,build systematic management incentive system.In the concrete building strategy,enterprises could revolve around organizational design?compensation management?performance management and career development management these four dimensions to build management incentive system:as a prerequisite work for the management incentive plan design,the organization design can help enterprises to improve human resources management foundation,help to promote the follow-up post value system construction,performance planning and employee training,rank promotion incentives and so on;Pay and performance management design link,through reasonable design,can effectively unified enterprise and employee goals?interests,promote fairness and incentive compensation,and improve the material incentive effect;Career development system design steps,further meet the demand of knowledge staff personal growth,strengthen the internal management incentive effect.At the same time,based on the model framework of the management incentive system,enterprise could be combined with their own management incentive problems further,to carry out enterprise management incentive system optimization design.
