In today's world,along with the rapid development of global economy,accelerating industrial restructuring,the knowledge economy era has come to our side.For enterprise survival and the management,technology and knowledge have become more and more important for productivity and strategic resources.For knowledge staff,they are the carrier of knowledge,with professional knowledge and advanced skills,have become a main force of enterprise competitiveness improvement and self-development.Therefore,how to effectively motivate knowledge staff,how to improve their working enthusiasm and creativeness,are important problems in human resources management for any enterprise.Knowledge staffs,including professional technicians and managers,use their own knowledge and skills to create wealth for organizations or enterprise.Compared with the general employees,the knowledge staffs show more initiative and innovativeness,and knowledge staffs also pay more attentions for self-worth,personal growth and career achievements,etc.M company,Dalian Brach is a high-tech company,which mainly provides information technology and business solutions.Due to industry characteristics and nature of company,more than a half of whole company employees are knowledge staffs.The company has its own incentive system,which has positive impact on all employees now.After completing questionnaire survey and interviews,analyzing level of demand and satisfaction degree for incentives from knowledge staffs,it can find that the company still has some problems about incentive system.Base on relevant incentive theories,we do questionnaire survey about level of demand and satisfaction degree for incentives to all knowledge staffs.Compare,summarize and count the demand score of the same incentive factors with the satisfaction score.Analyze the problems of the company's incentive system.To design of incentive system,clear incentive system design principles and ideas firstly,then analyze the incentive system main factors and its correlation.According to the main incentive factors,the content of incentive system can be divided into material incentive,personal growth incentive,work incentive,organizational environment incentive and emotional incentive.After completing the system design,it is necessary to implement guarantee measure in three ways:system guarantee,organization guarantee and risk prevention,to ensure that the incentive system works as efficiently as possible.
