The Modified Research And Application Of The Third Party Logistics Enterprises' Evaluation Standard

Logistic standardization is a means of improving the logistics enterprises management level and service quality,guiding the healthy development of the logistics enterprises,improving logistics operation efficiency and regulating the market of logistics industry.And "logistics enterprises' classification and evaluation indicators" is the basis of logistics enterprises' healthy development in China.The standard is gradually updated and revised in practice to enhance the comprehensiveness and practicality of the standard.The comprehensive ability of logistics enterprises can be evaluated more accurately and reasonably by reasonable improvement on the standard indicators and the analysis of influence factors.Then it can find the advantages and disadvantages of enterprises'development,and put forward the effective countermeasures and measures,and formulate development planning which is suitable for logistic enterprises.It also can increase the applicability of the standard and standardize the order of the logistics market.The research contents of this paper are as follows:(1)This paper studies "logistics enterprises' classification and evaluation indicators"(hereinafter referred to the standard).Through the analysis of the classification,evaluation indexes,grading and evaluation method of the logistics enterprises in the standard,it found that there are some factors which cannot meet the needs of the development of modern logistics enterprises and put forward the improved methods.(2)On the basis of the research on the improvement of the standard,through the analysis of the four evaluation perspectives of logistics enterprises,the paper selects the evaluation index system of the third party logistics enterprises which is composed by 34 indexes.At the same time,this paper constructs the structural equation model of the evaluation index system,and studies the mutual influence between the seven elements which reflect the comprehensive ability of the logistics enterprises and 34 observed indexes.Then it found that the main elements of logistics enterprises are not isolated,but interrelated and interact on each other.Taking the growth ability of logistics enterprises as an example,this paper studies the influence of the other six factors and observed variables,and uses the example to analyze the ranking and reasons of the growth ability index of the sample enterprises.(3)According to the comprehensive evaluation of third party logistics enterprises,this paper establishes a combined method which contain the principal component analysis and the cross data envelopment analysis.It includes two aspects:self-evaluation and mutual evaluation.Through the case study of the classification of sample enterprises,it makes a reasonable explanation of self-evaluation results and mutual evaluation results.This paper selects 39 listed logistics enterprises as the research objects.From the improvement of evaluation indexes and construction of the evaluation index system,to study the relationship between influence factors and indexes and study the logistics evaluation method and classification,the analysis process can validate the applicability of the evaluation method and the reasonability of the model,at the same time it can put forward suggestions to the improvement of the standard and provide a method to evaluate the comprehensive ability of the third party logistics enterprises,then puts forward improved suggestions.
