Research Of Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation Of New Drug License Transaction

New drug research and development is a systematic project involving many fields and disciplines,with characteristics of long cycle,high investment,high risk,and huge financial return.During the proceed,the license transaction can make the enterprise obtain the research achievement directly,so as to save a lot of time and risk cost,which has been received more and more attention from enterprises.At present,the research on the evaluation of new drug licensing deals mainly focuses on the value evaluation,and the evaluation of the early project stage is based on the model of enterprises owned independcent research and development.According to the specific license transaction model,this article tries to set up a cross-link consideration of drug development and licensing transaction characteristics index system,with using AHP to confirm the weight of each index,using the objective weighting method for experts in group decision weights,using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation for the mathematical model construction.Finally a project evaluation tool is provided in a kind of user-friendly practical tool for the implementation of the new drug business licensing.This article is sub grouped into six chapters.The first chapter is the introduction,background,significance and methods of the research,while a summarizes of the thesis framework;the second chapter introduces the overview of related concepts in the drug development and related evaluation methods;the third chapter expounds the significance of the new drugs R&D to the Chinese pharmaceutical enterprises,through the analysis of China industry background,and shows the R&D status of domestic and foreign pharmaceutical companies in China;the fourth chapter introduces the characteristics and approaches of new drug R&D and shows the construction of the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model;the fifth chapter gives an empirical analysis by the evaluation of K company D project as an example;a summary conciuded in the six chapter with a discussion in the research limitations,raising potential directions for the future research.
