Research On Application Of Six Sigma Method In Project Quality Management Of X Cigarette Factory

Project Quality Management is always thought highly of as one of the key factors to the success of Project Management.It is quite important that how to use valid and applicable management methods to fulfill the expectation of relevant stakeholders.Since 1980s,Six Sigma method has been successfully applied in many global giant companies such as G.E.It systematically inherits ideas of Total Quality Management,and eventually evolves to a theoretical system with decades of development and perfection.This article makes a research on how to apply Six Sigma method to Project Quality Management.Firstly,it systematically studies the correlation theories including Project Quality,Project Quality Management and Six Sigma method,and introduces DMAIC that is Six Sigma implementation model,it also discusses Six Sigma method application situation in Project Quality Management within domestic and abroad,and analyzes the basic principles and main steps.On this basis,this article makes a research on the Six Sigma application on Project Quality Management by actual cases analysis of X cigarette factory,introducing its enterprise profile,experience on Six Sigma application on early stage and background and key requires for the project of lowering complain rate,and discusses the methods in detail in the specific utilization on the lowering complain rate project according to five stages of DMAIC.Finally,with theoretical study and practice research this article review and put forward the prospect of the Six Sigma application on the Project Quality Management.
