Company A has higher turnover rate, so a satisfaction survey and a research on the factors of employees’ satisfaction are required.The main work of this research developed the employees’ satisfaction questionnaire for Company A to explore the factors of employees’ satisfaction; and studied the difference between the employees’ satisfaction,post and the length of service. On the basis of data survery, the research draw the administrant measures.A total of 717 questionnaires were distributed to employees of Company A, and the valid were 276, whose valid rate of backup is 38.49%. The questionnaires were distributed innominately by network. The Cronbach’s a index of questionnaire is 0.939, which shows excellent reliability.The research analysed the survey data, and drew to the following conclusions:(1) by employing exploratory factor analysis, this research develops the questionnaire of employees’ satisfaction, which comprises a parsimonious 27 items which span six dimensions: the whole administration, work return, directors, training and developing, work condition, and communication. Training and developing positively and significantly influence employees’ satisfaction; the whole administration,work return, and directors,positively and mainly influence employees’satisfaction; while communication and work condition,positively influence employees’ satisfaction.(2) Company A should take ten actions to advance the employees’ satisfaction,such as strengthening the training, defining the company strategy, perfecting the credit culture, and innovating the C&B system.
