For an enterprise,the joint efforts of employees can not be separated from the development.For employees,the level of job satisfaction have a very close link with work enthusiasm,work efficiency and work completion,responsibility,etc.Therefore,through understanding and analysis of the level of employee job satisfaction,as well as the factors that affect employee satisfaction,can help enterprises to make reference and make corresponding adjustments in order to promote the healthy development of enterprises.This research mainly through the questionnaire survey method,to take the sample BG company's staff to carry on the investigation and study.The research from the gender,marital status,age,length of service,the Department of BG company staff that these five factors on job responsibilities,work discipline,work environment and work,relationship with colleagues,work and welfare,medical benefits these six aspects of job satisfaction were conducted to investigate the effects of analysis.The results of the survey data of the reliability and validity analysis using SPSS software,the Independent-Samples T-test and the One way analysis of variance(LSD),and make a hypothesis test.At the same time,according to the problems reflected by the employee's job satisfaction,some countermeasures and suggestions are put forward to improve the employee satisfaction.The results showed that the satisfaction of different gender and work environment and work place factors were significantly different.Different marital status of the work environment and workplace,work benefits of the two aspects of the satisfaction of the views of the factors have significant differences.There was no significant difference in job satisfaction between different age.Different length of service on the job responsibilities,work discipline,work environment and workplace,and the relationship between colleagues,work benefits of these five aspects of the impact of satisfaction has significant differences.There was no significant difference in job satisfaction among different departments.
