The development of e-commerce has led to a surge in the volume of logistics and distribution business.On the other hand,e-commerce has also put forward higher requirements on the efficiency of logistics and distribution.The location problem of logistics distribution network is the premise and guarantee efficient operation of logistics distribution network system,but at the end of the distribution network many e-commerce business location of the irrational phenomenon,there is high cost of investment,but also some from customers.The research of domestic and foreign scholars focused on the location of the city distribution center,and the location theory of the distribution network is relatively small.Therefore,this paper proposes a bi level programming model and solution method based on the B2C model of the urban terminal distribution network.The main contents include four aspects:First,this paper analyzes the characteristics of the distribution network location in B2C mode.Firstly,the characteristics of logistics distribution mode,distribution network and distribution process are analyzed and summarized.On this basis,this paper puts forward the index,method and steps of the distribution network location in B2C mode.Second,this paper establishes a bi level programming model based on the minimum cost and service satisfaction.B2C e-commerce terminal distribution is characterized by small batch,multi batch.So do not need a lot of inventory of land,taking into account this factor,the cost is no longer the most important factor in the distribution network location.In contrast,for the direct to end consumer e-commerce business,service satisfaction is more important.In this paper,a bi level programming model is proposed to fit the game process between cost and service satisfaction.Third,this paper proposes a linear weighted genetic algorithm to solve the bi level programming model.The location model of distribution network is a 0-1 integer bilevel programming model,and the solution space of the upper level programming is very small.According to the characteristics of the model,all the solutions of the upper level are enumerated,and then the bilevel programming problem is transformed into a multi-objective programming problem with only one variable.In the genetic algorithm,the degree function is designed by using the linear weighting method of the upper and lower objective function.Genetic algorithm to find the optimal solution,and then through the comprehensive analysis of the optimal solution.Fourth,this paper verifies the model and algorithm by solving the problem of distribution network location of A electricity supplier company.A company is a typical B2C e-commerce enterprise,this paper makes a data collection and model solution to the distribution site of A company in Beijing Shimonoseki street.Finally,the final scheme is selected to prove the validity and practicability of the model and algorithm proposed in this paper.
