Study On Symbiotic Relationship Between Manufacturing Industry And Producer Services Of Shanxi Province

In the recent two years,the speed of all of the country have been slowing down and the Shanxi Province went through a “free-fall” decline in growth,both in 2015 and2016,its growth of Shanxi ecconomy ranked in the end of China.From the respect of industry,it is the reason that the single industrial structure and traditonal industrial pattern which leads to fall short of resisting to the fluctuation of the external demand.Under the reform of “supply side”,the province aims to change the structure of economy by revitalizing the manufacturing industy and supporting the emerging industry.On the other hand,the producer services can offer the intermediate demand goods to the manufacturing industry to support its development.Consquently the relationship of the both is the key point of the article.From the point of relationship between manufacturing industry and producer services,the author build the mechanism of the relationgship of the both industries based on the theories of the division the labor,transaction of exchange and industry chain and then lays emphasis on analyzing the symbiotic organism,holding the idea that the symbotic relationship between them will optimize with the industrialization processing.Reference to the empirical analysis,firstly make preliminary judgement on the process of Shanxi industrialization.Then make futher analysis on the development of the manufacturing industry and producer services and find the result is that the manufacturing industry fail to nudge the industrializtion prcess due to the crowdin-out effect of the resource-based industry.According to the symbiotic mechanism and the characteristic of Shanxi industrialization process,the article make three deduction about industrial symbiosis from the respective of integration,interactivity and coordination : 1.On the condition of the resource-based economy,with the industrialization processing,the integration is supposed to improve as well and tend to be equilibrium.2.On the condition of the resource-based economy,with the industrialization processing,the interactivtiy will improve as well and tend to be equilibrium.3.On the condition of the resource-based economy,with the industrialization processing,the coordination tends to be optimized as well.Then employs the input-output approach and the coupling coordination model to make futher analyzition and confirm the three deduction.Finally,the conclusion is that in the resource-based economy of Shanxi,the symbiotic relationship between manufacturing industry and theproducer services is still on the state of “unbalanced mutualism”;on the whol,the symbiotic relationship is still improving in spite of crowding-out effect.Through the theoretical and empircal analysis,the paper hold the idea that Shanxi have a choice to revitalize the manufacturing industry especially the equipment manufacturing industry which can fully play its associated leading role in the economy,as well as supporting the producer services to assit to upgrade the manufacturing industry.Finally break through the traditional industry pattern by forming the bi-directionalendogenous driving system.
