In the current market,most independent brands compete with joint venture brands relying on low prices as the brand bargaining power is weak.How to achieve the same quality and the revitalization of national industry under the lower cost is the problem that independent brand manufacturers most concern.X company,a well-known domestic brand of automobile manufacturing enterprises,faces the same difficulties as other brands.Due to a late start,X company's internal system and process are in the continuous process of iteration and improvement.Research on the cost leadership strategy in project management helps to reduce the cost of the operation and improve the competitiveness of enterprises in the market,which provides reference for China's national industry to achieve the goal of "Made in China 2025".This thesis regards X company as the research object,and it studies the interior and exterior subsystem project development management.First of all,it reviews the research on the project management based on the strategic perspective and the research on the cost leadership strategy in the project management,and puts forward that it is difficult to meet the requirements of rapid change and fierce competition in the traditional project management.In the process of operation of current enterprises,only execute the project management based on the strategic perspective,can we achieve the lowest cost and consolidate the company's competitive advantage under the established performance and quality objectives.After that,in terms of problems of the project development of the interior and exterior subsystem,a project management theory analysis framework suited for X company is built according to ways of achieving the cost leadership strategy.The thesis studies the organization structure based on the matrix system,the personnel management based on the demand and cost change,the development management of the preliminary planning and the cost management based on the value engineering how to guarantee the implementation of the cost leadership strategy from the analysis dimension and the process framework of the cost leadership strategy in the project management of the interior and exterior subsystem.And then put forward the security system of the implementation of the cost leadership strategy in the interior and exterior subsystem project development of X company and show the huge economic benefits that come from the cost leadership strategy in the interior and exterior subsystem project development,which improves the performance of X company in the market competition.Finally,the thesis puts forward strategies and measures of improving the project management in the interior and exterior subsystem project development:deepening the matrix system in the organizational structure,optimizing the assessment of personnel management,promoting the project development platform of pre-planning and focusing on the overall planning of the cost management.There are 17 figures,10 tables and 53 references.
