Research On The Development Countermeasures Of Small And Micro Cross-border E-commerce Enterprises In China

On December 11,2001,after fifteen years of arduous negotiations and unremitting efforts,China joined the World Trade Organization formally,the huge demographic dividend of China released,provides an opportunity for the rapid development of small and medium-sized enterprises Chinese.The 2008 financial crisis hit the global economy,the traditional trading mode in general trade represented by the blow,but it is the rapid development of cross-border e-commerce to create an opportunity,it is not a global event.The rapid development of the Internet economy and Internet technology,cross-border electricity supplier in the rise of China provides protection and technical support.In recent years,China's cross-border e-commerce transaction volume increased year by year,according to the forecast,in 2017 China's cross-border e-commerce transactions will be a new high,reaching 7 trillion and 500 billion yuan.As an emerging industry,the cross-border e-commerce has attracted a large number of small and micro enterprises,has formed its unique characteristics,and the traditional foreign trade has many differences,on China's cross-border logistics,cross-border payments,customs inspection,personnel training and other aspects of the new requirements.In this context,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to study how to support the development of small and micro enterprises.In this paper,China's small and micro cross-border business enterprise as the research object,through literature search and case analysis,in-depth analysis of difficulties and opportunities for development of the industry at present,combined with the study of knowledge management,to give the corresponding countermeasures,hoping to provide a reference for the healthy development of China's small and micro enterprises cross-border electricity supplier.This thesis has six chapters,the first chapter is the introduction,introduces the background and significance of this paper,the research contents and methods,research ideas and possible innovations and shortcomings,and briefly discusses the relevant research results at home and abroad;the second chapter is the relatedconcept of small micro enterprises and cross-border electricity supplier theory,combined with the the definition of cross-border e-commerce and China about the small micro enterprise definition,first defines the meaning of small micro cross-border business enterprise,put forward the basic conditions of the formation and development of cross-border electricity supplier,summed up the role of small micro cross-border business enterprise in the development of our national economy;the third chapter introduces the status quo and development trend in China small micro cross-border business enterprise,elaborated on China's small and micro enterprises cross-border electricity supplier in the operation of the problems,and the causes for the problems are analyzed;the In the four chapter,the author puts forward the countermeasures and solutions from the government,the industry and the enterprise itself in the light of the problems of small and micro enterprises in China.In the fifth chapter,the author analyzes the existing problems of Ningbo's cross-border electricity supplier,which is the representative of China's small and micro enterprises,and gives some suggestions on the basis of the solution of the fourth chapter.The sixth chapter is the conclusion and prospect,summarizes the problems and suggestions of China's small and micro cross-border e-commerce enterprises,and looks forward to the development of China's small and micro cross-border e-commerce enterprises in the future.
