Research On The Coordinated Development Of Cross-border E-commerce And Cross-border Logistics In China

In recent years,cross-border e-commerce is gradually affecting people's lives,and it is receiving more and more attention from scholars and the government.How to promote the coordinated development of cross-border logistics and cross-border e-commerce,and then promote the development of cross-border e-commerce supply chain towards a healthier direction has become one of the hot topics.This paper has carried out research on the current situation of cross-border e-commerce and cross-border logistics cooperation in China.Firstly,the system of cross-border e-commerce and cross-border logistics will be regarded as a whole,and it will be placed in the cross-border e-commerce supply chain to explore how to promote the development of supply chain by enhancing the synergy between cross-border e-commerce and cross-border logistics.Secondly,in order to achieve the synergy between cross-border e-commerce and cross-border logistics,it is necessary to clearly understand the factors affecting the development of cross-border e-commerce and cross-border logistics.Based on the analysis of the status quo of cross-border e-commerce and cross-border logistics.Drawing on relevant literature research,using grey correlation analysis method,using MATLAB14.0 software.Screening factors affecting the coordinated development of cross-border e-commerce and cross-border logistics.Based on the theory of synergy,the cross-border e-commerce and cross-border logistics coordination degree is measured,and the change of cross-border e-commerce and cross-border logistics coordination degree in China from 2011 to 2017 is obtained,and the main factors affecting the degree of synergy are analyzed.The research in this paper shows that the orderliness of cross-border e-commerce and cross-border logistics systems in China is increasing from 2011 to 2017,but the synergy between the two is proceeding in a wave-like manner with a low level of synergy.Only when the difference between the order of cross-border logistics and the order of cross-border e-commerce is greater than 0.14 and less than 0.18,the system composed of the two is likely to reach the highest value of synergy.And the change of coordination degree is more similar to the change trend of cross-border logistics.The orderly degree of cross-border logistics has greater influence on the degree of synergy than the order of cross-border e-commerce.The main reason is the imbalance of cross-border e-commerce and cross-border logistics development.Cross-border logistics has a strong restrictive effect on cross-border e-commerce.In recent years,the development of cross-border e-commerce has been fast and the development of cross-border logistics has been slow,which has restricted the development of cross-border e-commerce.Therefore,in order to improve the system synergy,it is necessary not only to promote the orderly improvement of the subsystems,that is,the cross-border e-commerce system and the cross-border logistics system,but also to ensure the optimal difference between the two development speeds.Finally,combined with the results of empirical analysis,give reasonable suggestions.
